building surveys provide clients with detailed internal and
external plans, sections and elevations of all aspects for a
given building or structure. Our surveys can be delivered in
a variety of hard-copy and digital formats to suit our clients'
needs. We can provide plots on paper and transparent film as
well as CAD data on digital media or by email. All the items
we deliver are suitable for long term archiving purposes, and
we are able to update, verify and translate previous survey
data from our own, or client archives. |

| Traditionally this type of survey
was very laborious and time consuming. This was mainly due to
the fact that many building points were inaccessible and required
the surveyor to get to each point on the building in order to
record the XYZ position of that point . |

| Reflectorless technology has changed
all this. Data can be recorded without having to access the
particular point in question i.e. roof apex, windows, doors
and building lines. The data is downloaded to hand held PC's,
which in turn produce real time on site elevations and floor
plans. The elevations and floor plans are finished using hand
held disto's which are connect via bluetooth to the hand held
PC's. Final drawings are output in any format required by the
client. |
